Knowing why a particular deal was lost or won is obviously important to increase probability of sales in coming deals. The Win/Loss Analysis is not a deliverable, really, it is a process that is used to generate action over time to improve or strengthen sales. It also adds dimensions to the customer dialogue and can strengthen relations. In this workshop, packed with insights and first-hands experience from analyzing business deals, the participant will learn how to set up a Win/Loss process at work, how to ensure management buy-in, tips and tricks on interviewing and how to conduct the Win/Loss Analysis.

13:00 - 15:00 Session two: INTELLIGENCE FUNNEL®: Using CI on CI, Opps, Threats and Ways Forward - Luis Madureira, Managing Partner at Überbrands.
Luis Madureira will share a proprietary framework, the Intelligence Funnel© he developed and uses at ÜBERBRANDS to inform the strategy of both Global and Local Customers. This framework supports the future shaping of any given Industry. In this Workshop attendees will be coached on how to use the framework, in practice, on the topic of CI.
The outcome will be twofold:
1) add a critical framework to the Practitioners Toolbox, as well as
2) inform all the participants on the future of the CI practice by means of Collective Intelligence.
